Currently, as a senior engineering leader at the world’s largest retail company, I spearhead the Health and Wellness technology portfolio, encompassing Pharmacy and Vision Centers.
My experience includes architecting AI-driven, customer-centric platforms—enabling innovations from self-service prescription refills and two-hour home deliveries to virtual try-ons for custom eyewear using computer vision and OCR technologies powered by LLMs. These AI-driven solutions have significantly improved customer and patient engagement.
